Just finished it - great game.

Minor criticism - if you save when on the last timed bit (as I did), there is no way to go back to the rest of the game, so you have to start again. Maybe have a popup saying 'Warning - If you save here, you cannot go back'.

Or maybe you shouldn't overwrite old saves, especially in such transparently dangerous areas.

The bit where you and Hale have to run around de-activating the computers and taking the equation back.

You're given about 5x the time needed tongue.gif
It's not hard in the slightest.

Excellent game so far. I like the variation on different types of gameplay such as trading, space fighting, and the tradition point and click adventure. Very crafty and very proffesional looking.

I agree with dark comet about the the Rob & Paul memory loss thing being tied up, always seemed like that was gonna turn into a storyline in YTOTW, shame in didn't but at least it's been explained.

Not come across any bugs as of yet but I'll post again when I've completed it.

In the timed sequence at the end of the game, if you allow the timer to reach 0 you get this error message (i had to wait about 3 minutes to find this out).

(Global script line 119)
Error: This command cannot be used within repeatedly_execute_always

Otherwise, great game!

I gave up after whistler failed to turn up when I used the cubicle, I checked the walkthrough and I had done everything correctly before that. I would have started the game again only I couldn't bare to do all that tedious trading again.

Great game! I loved it.

I know the beta's technically closed now, but in the last area where Hole fights with the Culthorpe, the blue and yellow conduits display the wrong messages when you look at them. At least, they did in v. 1.1.1.

By comparison to everyone else, I've barely started (still getting the Time Drive), but wow. There's nothing else to say but wow. I know precisely dick about AGS, but the amount of coding to pull this off must have been monstrous. Wow.

Is there a way to get the Reman Time Drive database entry after you have stolen it? It is basically the only database entry I am missing,

I don't think you can. After you get it, you never actually see it again. Whenever I play adventure games I always save often and make many different savegames throughout the game so I can return to an eariler point if I screw up.

Here's a little suggestion I have. There should be a terminate button when you are controlling the redshirts. Just press the button and the redshirt dies. That way you don't have to go wandering on planets waiting to be eaten by a worm or something. Maybe add an "are you sure" thing, so you don't accidentally kill your redshirt. It's not a very essential thing to add to the game, but it would be kind of funny. Especially if there was a funny animation, for instance the redshirt pulls out a gun and blows his brains out. You could do several suicide animations for the redshirt, and when you click terminate, it randomly selects one and the redshirt dies.

BTW, awesome game!
