They hire out uneducated and behaviour support people as private personal tutors in most of the large colleges I visited.
When I spoke to some people who wanted to take on those jobs they were rejected due to their knowledge and experience in the subject as the college couldn't afford to pay them. No wonder why so many people walked out. The most insults are from the claims they put up on the walls which most are hypocritical because it does not speak for the quality of the teacher's time and these private personal tutors they provide who are not paid decently don't know the subject which is pointless and holds people back.
Demanding course they call it but they don't take people seriously on their demands by rushing, doing shoddy scribbly work at the cost of taking away your free time to reduce their own costs.
To me it is like diluting too much of water in orange juice.
You have a complaint?
Complain to this person with the usual typical attitude of:
LOOK! We are very busy important people, under stress! low staff! underpaid! and we have the mass! majority! to serve so why should YOU! Be any DIFFERENT! (Finger pointing).
Why should WE do ONE thing for just ONE! person! The college hasn't got time to go back and assist one person when we could be serving majorities of over 20 people at a time!
But they don't tell you that at the beginning of a course other than the enticing meaningless pretty trendy decorations they put up on the walls that say the opposite and with the misleading timetables I experienced some years ago.
