Everclear

It's very popular because it's 190-proof, and you can't taste/feel the alcohol. So you can drink a LOT without even knowing it, such as what happened to me.

Bloody hell, 95% alcohol? Why not cut out the middleman and just chug some nail polish remover?

I somehow managed to convince myself that a simple one-page response essay was due Thursday, and not in twenty-seven minutes.

I really know how to shoot myself in the foot, don't I? dry.gif
Check out my crappy drawings!

shouldn't you be typing the essay, rather then to us? ohmy.gif

also 95%.... why would waste such party-concentrate on girls who, in most cases, become paralytic after a few passions pops when you could get proper shitfaced on the stuff yourself.

youth of today, not only are they immoral little pieces of filth, but they just don't have the healthy respect for, and devotion to, alcoholism that my generation does.

But see, I don't get tipsy easily. High alcohol-tolerance. That's why they chose Everclear in the first place. They'd never seen me wasted before, and they wanted to, so they were trying to make sure I got there.

New complaint: I got some cacti because I like them, but the store didn't tell me how to take care of them or even what these particular cacti are called, so I dunno how much (or how little) to water them. My favorite one seems to be going a little brownish, and I dunno whether it needs less water or more! sad.gif Anyone know anything about plants?

That has got to be the most unfun drinking story I've ever heard. My condolances.

As for the cactus, I know that we have some big plant book around here somewhere ... this might take awihle.
Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

Complaint: I found some Operation Ivy and just listened to half an album and had to stop instead of giving the whole thing a listen like I try to do with new music because it was so abysmal and samey sounding.

I know fuck all about plants, but I know a bit about cacti, owning and almost breeding one myself. They're specifically designed to survive in ridiculously dry climates, so I imagine overwatering them isn't a good idea. How much are you watering them as we speak?

EDIT: And some picturey goodness might be useful for those of us who know any damn thing about plants...

I just bought the Monty Python and the Holy Grail collectors edition DVD. Then I read in Empire that they're about to relase a super-duper special edition with enough extras to choke a llama. Don't you just fucking hate when that happens?

I gave them each like a little trickle of water once because their soil was really really really dry, except for one that was basically sitting in water so I had to rescue it and I haven't watered it at all. (Wal*Mart didn't take very good care of their plants... They even hot-glued fake flowers to a lot of the cacti! For what purpose, I have no idea.) One's an aloe, in case you know anything specific to them.

Hmm, well aloe might need a bit more watering. I'd leave them a bit, perhaps give them a drop if things get worse.

COMPLAINT! I re read my Vampires: Los Muertos, and immediatly wanted to do something like that again, yet it would interfere with NaNoWriMo so now I am torn, between two passions, one which I've advertised that I shall do and one which burns within my chest and would last for over a month.

Well, you can come to me with as many of either need as you like, but short of actually talking to my mother (ohmy.gif), I'm only really knowledgable about one. And I'm assuming your flowers would not be best aided by knowing how to make a bong out of leftovers in your house...
