I love them. I think they're amazing. 90% of my art and imagery comes out of dreams I've had. There's something so beautifully surreal and vivid about them. Even the nightmares. The really horrible hardcore ones. I hate them while I'm having them, but afterwards I'm like AWESOME and go write them down. The really cool ones have special meaning for me... I have clear memories of some dreams I had back in 1998. My only problem with them is that my drawing skills aren't near good enough to do them justice.

SO. What I want you people do to, yes you, is transcribe some of your coolest dreams for me here. None of this "I was at school and it was exams" boring crap. I want the really awesome or scary ones with strange shit, unusual images or stories, stuff that weirded you out. Any nightmares too.

I may want to steal some of them for a game about dreamscapes that I'm making, but I'll ask you first and stuff.

Most of mine are either personal or mundane. If you search through my blog archives, they're usually labelled as "Dream Diary Entry" or something similar. Any interpretations would prove amusing. If you can otherwise make use of them, have fun.

We did have another thread full of dreams somewhere in the Lobby, that might prove enlightening reading...

I'm too lazy to transcribe all of the dreams I wrote down, so just click here.

i had an awsomeley scary dream, where i was a little kid at a playground. suddenley the sky got completely cloudy and dark and a giant flying saucer came down that took up all the sky and just hovered there above the slide. and i climbed up the slide and just stood there looking up at the flying saucer. could make an awsome movie.

Memorable dreams I've had include a giant lobster trying to kill me with a butterknife, and a set of wind-up chattering teeth that followed me around everywhere. One dream I have somewhat frequently is being someplace familiar, like home or school, and discovering a room or a floor or a part of the building that I never knew was there before, and exploring.

Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....

My dreams usually involve me almost having sex but then it turns out to be some elaborate prank or something.

My dreams are nearly always epic and can be of varying genres. Ranging from Alien/Zombie apocalypse to Unfaithful kind of situations that seem so real I need a reality check to feel better.

My smallest dream was me walking around school with no trousers on. For months I thought it was real.

I never remember my dreams, but when I do it's always something that I had already dreamt before.

Every now and then I get a new one, when I wake up I'm all like "WOWWW!!!!111".

Then life goes on.

My dreams are usually really goddamned wierd. I wish I could remember them, as I know they're bizarre, I just can't cite specifics.

Mine are all random mundane bullshit. Like two nights ago I had a dream that I made myself a ham and cheese sandwich. For how fucking boring my life is, you'd think that my subconscious would escape it in my dreams, but no... They're just as bad.
