We all go through periods where we get an album and then just can't stop listening to it. Right now I'm stuck on "Lunatic Harness" by µ-Ziq. Good, solid ambient/IDM stuff. And also, "Demon Days" by Gorillaz still stands as an album that can't find its way away from my Winamp playlist.

Uh.... ummmm. Ooh. I don't really get stuck on albums that much... generally since most of my music is acquired through more, shall we say 'unconventional' means, and I have limited hard drive space so I refuse to accomodate songs that are less than great.

This changes like every couple of weeks, but at the moment my playlist is kinda shuffling around between...

DARE, Fire Coming Out Of The Monkey's Head, and Kids With Guns by The Gorillaz (and the rest of the album, but these ones I put in twice) (I'm listening to DARE right this second, in fact)
Feel Good Inc by The Gorillaz (but generally only if I'm watching the music vid at the same time, cos the visuals are damn awesome and work oh so very well)
Girls by The Prodigy
Dracula From Houston by The Butthole Surfers
Lithium Flower by Yoko Anno (Ghost In The Shell OST)
Wind by Akeboshi (Naruto OST, haven't actually seen the series though)
Stalker by The Pillows (FLCL OST, also not seen)
Personal Jesus by Depeche Mode
Rise by Public Image Ltd
Spandex Man by Mr. Scruff
Who Loves The Sun by The Velvet Underground

Interesting to note that most of these songs were sent/recommended to me by the same one person. My own musical pimp!

Up until fairly recently, until I went weird and deleted my entire music collection, my playlist was mostly made up of random stuff by Gorillaz (first album), Pachelbel, Beethoven, Air, Prokofiev, NIN, Joy Division, The Cure, and Regurgitator.

I've listened to Dark Side of the Moon (by Pink Floyd, in case you're a twat and didn't know) about once a weak since I was 15. I'm 17 now, so I guess I've been obsessed for quite some time.

The µ symbol is made with Alt+0181. I've memorized it, since I've been talking nonstop about him online for a solid week now.

µ

it works!

Lately I'm listening a lot of:
The Gathering ("Liberty Bell", "On Most Surfaces", "You Learn About It" and "Saturnine" are probably my favourite songs... that woman has one hell of a voice)
NIN (mainly their last record, With Teeth, and Pretty Hate Machine)
Placebo

I'm also having a regression to the 90's and listening a lot of Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Faith No More, etc...

Lately: Crown of Creation by Jefferson Airplane.
Head Gunner for the Royal Sloop Crimson Steel, Queen of the Dead, Instigator of Chaos and Confusion, Knight of the Grand Recursive Order of the Lambda Calculus, and also The Non.

Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....

I'm kind of hooked up on "Mr Brightside" by The Killers. rolleyes.gif

The Soundtrack from Kana Little Sister, cutesy Japanese music.

For the record: Kana Little Sister is a Bishounen Game or a Hentai Game, that is it deals with sexual content. The sole reason I got me the game was this specific soundtrack after hearing the song the White Season. Adorableness to the max.

After I got the album, I was listening to "With Teeth" almost exclusively. At first, it struck me as very mediocre, but after a while it grew on me.

I'm stuck on De-Loused in the Comatorium by The Mars Volta, and Superunknown by Soundgarden (still).

Is With Teeth worth a purchase? I want to get Pretty Hate Machine and Downward Spiral too, but I have most of that stuff sans CD, and I'm frugal with CD purchasing. So buy or pirate.gif ?

And I need to get exposed to much of the stuff on here still. Alas...

Edit: And if the special symbols won't work, make sure your Num Luck is ON. O¿Qué?
