It's like having Arwen lap dance for Aragorn wearing sexy lingerie.
I'm sorry, I didn't get that. Could you elaborate? cool.gif

Oh, you know what I mean, Despondent. Yoda from OT was for me the symbol of just how cool Jedi knights are - size matters not, where you are going, you won't need your lightsabre, do or do not, there is no try, I can't believe, and that is why you fall, etc, etc. . All these quotations have been with me since I was very little for me to believe that there is light side of the Force.

What Lucas did in PT is to turn Yoda into Sonic the Hedgehog, swirling, doing Kungfu poses, playing the biggest Frisbee gfame in the Galaxy with Palpatine and riding piggyback on a Wookie, or wose, teaching a philosophy which is dowright descpicable. I watched a bit from ROTS yesterday and I heard Yoda say to Anakin "rejoice that those you love can join the Force" God, he is actually saying that Anakin should be happy that his wife dies. It is the ultimate rape of my childhood ideal.

It is like watching Snow White having sex with Seven Dwarfs, if you don't like the Arwen comparison. smile.gif

I'm not sure I don't like it...although Tolkien might disapprove.

Aragorn wouldn't disapprove, though.
Watch "Fall of a Saga" on Southern Ronin.com - The film for every Star Wars fan that died when Greedo shot first.

The Creative Orgasm - You have to see it for yourself.

You mean Viggo Mortensen as Aragorn woudn't disapprove. I don't know if you noticed but in TTT there is a scene where Aragorn and Arwen either just have had sex and have a post coital chat or are about to have it once again. He barefooted in his shirtsleeves, she in a see-through flimsy shift with plenty of bosom visible, on a couch in her bedroom...Check it out.

("You told me once that this day would come... etc" sick.gif )

However, the dialogue "You are so beautiful..." etc is even more sickening. Why don't they do love scenes any more like my favourite between Cora Munro/Madeleine Stove and Hawkeye/Daniel Day Lewis. These two speak only a few sentences to each other, and nothing sicky about love at that, and yet we all know that they are MADLY in love, for life and death. I can watch it all day long and never tire.

But I digress. Again - f...ing Yoda in PT is far worse crime in my eyes than inserting Jar Jar there in the first place.

Are you suggesting that Tolkien's Aragorn was above such lewdness?
I am the Fisher King.

I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an obi-wan to go.
