My computer is deaded! Last night, after trying to set up a file server on my system, something went horribly wrong. I am getting error message after error message on my precious Tad The Computor. Fear not, however. I am in the midst of attaining a Windows XP CD (I lost my PERFECTLY LEGAL AND NOT AT ALL PIRATED CD in my recent move) so that I can reinstall Windows and get things back up and running. Hopefully I'll have my system back online tomorrow sometime.
Wish me luck!

You haven't been having the best of luck hardware-wise lately, have you? At least its back up and running again.

No kidding! In a 48 hour period, my entire network died and I had to stay up all night trying to get it back online, then my OS crashes and I need to do a fresh install!
Thankfully, all of my website material (and PERFECTLY LEGAL music) was on a secondary hard drive, so none of it was lost. biggrin.gif

Whenever my computer decides to crash on me, and I have to reformat, I save all of my important stuff to my FTP, in a special folder. Then I download all of it back on my PC, and delete it from the FTP, to conserve space.
