I just did a count, and it's about 180, and that isn't counting albums that I've copied from friends with the intention to buy. That'd put it well into the 200s.

Instead of getting the two I previously mentioned, I got DVDs and "Richard D James Album" by Aphex Twin.

Several days ago:

Funkadelic - One Nation Under Groove
Ensemble Modern plays Zappa - Greggary Peccary and other Persuasions (not a spectacular CD... woulda liked to see new arrangements, world primiers and different instrumentation (did i already just say that?). But what can you expect when the composer is dead dead dead? All said, as it is, not a bad product at all. THough i don't prefer the drab reading of the GP story. blah blha blha)

DVD's
Sonic Youth - Corporate Ghost (i kinda bought this on impulse when i saw the very decent price it fetched. When i got home i realized that i didn't want to mess with any imagery or memories i have based around the songs featured on here, so i got kinda upset that i bought this.)

Has anybody here heard the new band VELVET REVOLVER?

They have an allstar cast, but can they perform?

Who HASN'T heard of that thing.
The first single is quite terrible, so I'm avoiding them at all costs for now. Until they do something to set them apart from their previous projects, I have no interest. Plus I don't like Scott Weiland anyway. He has such a boring singing voice.

New Order - "Substance 1987"
The Vines - "Winning Days"

I wouldn't even have bothered with the Vines if it weren't cheap. I got it used, which may not be a good sign. But I can always get five bucks for it if I sell it back.

The Horrorpops "Hell Yeah!"

Plus, if we're being picky, I bought my brother the most recent Alien Ant Farm album. Please note that I took no joy in this, I was going to buy him the Wildhearts' B-sides album and make a copy of it for myself. Ah well.
