I just realised there's no topic about Afghanistani Annie yet. So, here we go.

I've been thinking about comic 14, the one with the TV in it. I've managed to stick to a basic 2-character scheme so far, but I'm worried that the telly has broken the harmony of the comic. Can something really be considered just a prop if it speaks? Will I have to accept the TV into the crew now? Can I have an abortion?

Nah, its no biggy. Everyone needs a prop every now and then. Hell, even I need a fish occasionly to break up my cavalcade of skulls!

I didn't mind the TV in that comic, but don't overdo it. A TV is still considered a prop, even if it speaks. If a lamp spoke, or a rug, or maybe a wall, then those wouldn't be considered props. tongue.gif

I think having a TV as a sometimes-recurring character could be either hilarious, or dumb. There's such a fine line between stupid and clever, to quote Spinal Tap. However, since it only appeared in one comic, I'd say it's safe to say that it's just a prop.

Duly noted. I don't think I'll risk walking that fine line this time.

Thanks, EwokHunter.

Comic #26 is up. I wish I could change the punchline, but it's a little too late now.
