Actually, I didn't. I didn't even hear that it happened until this morning. See, I rented The Sims:Bustin' Out, and spent all day playing it non-stop. Like from noon until 11:30 post-meridian. Although my family told me the stupid Patriots won. Bastards.

But if you missed it too, you can check out the AP photo of it @ netscape.com here. I think.

I saw the boob live, it was the most memorable part of a rather lackluster half time show. However, being a New England native, I was very happy to see the Patriots win.

Jen is playing The Sims: Busin' Out as I write this. She's an addict.

I, too, only heard about the supposed "costume malfunction" this morning. blink.gif

According to some, it was staged. If it was, that was an incredibly bad idea on the part of just about everyone. dry.gif

Of course it was staged. Why else would someone wear such a poorly-made costume, and would she really be suprised when Justin Trousersnake goes after her?

Actually, Ms. Jackson released a statement saying that it WAS staged, but there was a portion of the corset that was supposed to stay in place that accidentally ripped off.

seeing that half-time show had an affect equivilant to several hundreds of millions of opium hits in theallotted time span of which it lasted. I feel lucky that i haven't been subjected to this mentally damaging escapade....

I say, who cares if it was staged? Society's already gone to hell, no sense in trying to hide it.

Hey, speaking of live bloopers, during some awards show or other a while ago, the spikey haired announcer from Shitty Idol (read:Shitty, err... American), made a remark to Paris Hilton about not being profane on live TV after making a joke that went something like "At least now we can see you without having to wait for a 40 minute download." Not only did she swear like a sailor, but the censors didn't manage to cover up all the "fucks." I was simultainiously appalled and humored. Appaled because of the bad joke. See, the only people who are going to understand it are us poor cyber geeks, who all havecable modems, and therefore we'd only have to wait like a minute to see the video. I can just see Comic Book Guy sounding off on a message board. Worst. Joke. Ever. And then he'd go download the movie.

It's a shame because Ms. Jackson isn't very attractive to begin with, although at least she's not a monster like a certain other pop star with a similar last name and heritage...
