Budnick was this abrasive redhead from the Nickelodeon show "Salute your shorts." It was a show about these kids at a camp and they were always getting into odd situations.

That show rocked. I remember the episode where they all threw water baloons at eachother. I cant really remember much else though.

I've actually posted here quite often in the past. I made some sort of starwars fan parody once involving a troll named Hannibal from long before you got here. It was a terror beyond imagination.
