Because it's never too early to bash upcoming Lucas crap, what do you guys think the included in the Special Features of the Episode 3 DVD. A few I think will make it:

-A featurette "hinting" Lando is Mace's lovechild
-A mocumentary on Palpatine's rise to become the Emperor, including his lost years as a slave on Malastar, a spice smuggler from the moons of Naboo and his brief few days as the owner of the podracing track on Dantooine.
-A day in the life short involving Baron Papanoia, including Lucas winking and giving thumbs up to the camera
-A few of the deleted scenes including:Boba Fett trying to strangle a young Han Solo. After they're pulled apart Han says "I bet by blind luck I'll kill you someday!"; three more scenes of Padme and Anakin trying to show who loves the other more; alternate takes of Mace trying to kill Palpatine (one where he says "Normally your ass would be dead as Darth Maul, but you happen to pull this poodoo when one of our Jedi is in a transitional period and I cant be a bad influence on him"); more shots of the Millenium Falcon, including a close up where its picking up an old man in a brown robe and a young boy in farm clothing who look vaguely fimilar; and a scene right after Vader's "noooooooooo" where he dances the cha cha.
-Another boring and drab Lucas commentary where he explains nothing and rambles on about crap during the whole movie

If you're going to steal an idea, steal the whole thing. Lando Calrissian is Mace Windu and Aayla Secura's lovechild. Duh.

Giving R2D2 even more gadgets, including a grappling hook, garbage disposal, CD-drive, and cell phone capabilities.

Haha. That's great. You hit the nail on the head. The audio commentary of the deleted scene goes like this.

George Lucas - I deleted this scene because it slowed down the pacing of the story. All it is, is Anakin holding Padme, telling her how much he loves her in the most robotic way possible, and talking about bad dreams....Wait a second. This scene wasn't deleted.

More Lucas commentary like: "You see, Vader wants Luke to kill the Emporer so they can rule the galaxy together. See there? Vader just stopped Luke from hacking the Emporer in half with his sabe...... Uh oh."

The half-hour self-congratulatory and self-justifying documentary is the most likely "special feature". Expect many defensive allusions to the inconsistencies between Episode III and the original films ("I always meant for the Jedi to be stuck-up, incompetent assholes, I just didn't have the time and the money to film that before now.") Expect some asinine, sycophantic commentary from Rick McCallum ("George's genius pushed the boundaries of computer special effects to unimaginable limits never before seen.") Expect Hayden Christensen to gush about how Lucas gave him the chance to play such a big, important role full of complexity and depth. Expect one or two lines of interview dialog from Ewan McGregor (who will come across like he'd rather be anywhere else.)

I dont know what's more boring.....Anakin and Padme's love scenes, or George Lucas's audio commentary

I hope the Episode I and II DVDs have a particular special feature - easy breakability.

Still, the George audio commentaries are really, really boring.

I had a look through one of the "Making of" books today and apparently Yoda was at one point to team up with a young rascal called Han Solo!! There was even concept artwork! Special Edition material if I ever saw any... sick.gif
