Hmm... Didn't think of that. Make a new account, copy her e-mail, then mail her a virus infested e-mail from the new account, then never use that account again.

Seriously though, an attempt a few years back to turn spam into a humourous internet article went badly wrong for myself, so approach such activities with caution. (especially sending viruses, which you'll find spam companies are very good at detecting and alerting their legal team to.)
