No, arendshorst, I regret to inform you that that is definately a different slade. I just started playing left-handed guitar, and my fedora is waaaay cooler than that. Oh, and I was 11 in '98.

I hope I get confused for a Dutch (Rock?) Band more often though. That'd be slick. I'll link to those pics from my site though. Wierd coincidence! I love it.

I use Slade as a nickname, because it sounds cool and I identify with the character Slade from an old video game entitled Shining Force 2. And it also is an arrangement of my first name and last initial. Dale S. = Slade. Does that help you at all, Mr. Arendshorst?

OKE slade it is nice to meet you and it's nice that you use now a picture from the real slade. And i promice you when i wil meet you that i make a picture from you and put it on my site. One's i wil come to New York, i always want to see that city. But do you know the band Slade or you are too young for it. It's a nice name for you. Keep on doing what are you doing now. I haven't heard of the band Slade, but I think I will download some of their music, see what it's like. I might have heard one of their songs, but didn't know it was them. I could probably get a picture of myself and post it for everybody though. It's great to hear someone new who likes my meager website, too. Thanks!

Yeah, I know where Holland is. Northern Middle-ish Europe.

I actually don't live in New York City. I live roughly 300 miles west in a rural area. It's not a bad place, really. Very scenic to drive through. There is just nothing to do except watch cows.
