I thought it was very good up to when he says "where's padme" - it felt so strange to hear Vader say that... also Hayden Christensen didn't really look like Vader.
Though it would be perfectly normal for Anakin to say that - Anakin became Mr. Darkside before he put the suit on. From his final dialogue with Padme it kind of seemed he was running on Dark Side logic and emotion, so when the suit went on he was Vader, through and through. He went through the stages of unknowing ally, unwilling pawn, willing pawn then on Mustafar after having enough time to stand by himself and think things over he became Mister Darkside and was pretty thoroughly pure evil man. After being immolated and rescued he became Darth Vader - more machine than man, twisted and evil. And for Anakin Skywalker might say "Where's Padme?", Darth Vader would not say anything until he had something to say. And he wouldnt' say "Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
But I quite liked the scene until he started talking.

I agree with much of what Mnesymone said, but I think it was cool to see Vader saying 'where's padme?' - it was kind of like the final link; you get to see Anakin as a child in ep1, then as a grumpy little git in ep2, then as a man in ep3, then going over to darkside (but without suit), then you see him in the suit, and in that last scene you get to see anakin in the suit, rather than straight forward Darth Vader. I think it was quite moving really, it was like he wasn't ready to be put in this suit, almost like he was still a child, feeling lost, and goes to show that he still maybe had a while to go before he became the character that you see in the later films.

But I still hate the 'nooooooo'. jariten, i think you might be right about what it represents, but it could have been represented in another way. I mean for instance if Vader pulled out a pad of paper and wrote 'This represents the death of Anakin' and then just held it up for a few seconds, that also would represent the death of anakin. It doesn't mean it is good. Similarly, the purpose of the 'noooo' doesn't justify it or make it less silly in my opinion.
