...I just saved a whole bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

...I can't be the only person who thought Palapatine was about to say that.

lol

You were my master, but the Valar sent you into the Void and I had to take over for you....

Anyway, the Emperor has ALWAYS been my favorite character HE is the reason I like Return of the Jedi as much as I do...I somehow mentally block out all the ewok scenes and love that film.

BUT when you see the movie again and you hear Palaptine utter that first sentence, you can't tell me you didn't think he was going to say the geico line. The scene happens in the opera/show in case people are wondering what the hell I'm talking about.....

Yes, take over and being defeated by bunch of hobbits...

I must admit that scene with Palpatine after Anakin comes to his aid and before he puts his hood on felt a bit akward!

But opera scene was great!

Did you like this film or not?!

Thanks for clearing it up. that scene was on the heels of a Padme/Annie scene, so a lot of us were coming back from the lobby right then. Seriously. smile.gif

But I was able to ruin Numenor among other great deeds before my defeat. (we should probably take this elsewhere)

He looked like a BUTT HEAD - it looked like an ass on his forehead, I almost screamed from my seat put on your hood already you look like a joke!!!!

The opera scene was pretty good, I just feel now after seeing all these movies I would rather be a Sith. I like having a girlfriend!!! I like having attachment!!! I like enjoying life!!!! ....seems pretty boring to be a Jedi sometimes...

The short answer is I liked the film, yes. Probably twice as much as either of the prequels. But I always disect movies I like anyway. You should hear me go on a rant about the LOTR movies which I LOVE!!!! But since I read the actual books and know them well somethings bother me a lot.

I'd say 80% or so of this movie was pretty damn good, but there are a few scenes and moments that are BAD!! Really BAD!!!

I'm an American

I'll only sacrifice if I know I'm going to get something

Well, Jedi are more like Buddist monks or true Christians!

I guess that makes me a jerk...

No wonder I'm unhappy...

Very true and I agree...

Which leads me to an interesting question, maybe I should make it a POLL if I ccan.

Knowing what you know, either a life of some fun, some sex, some drinking and whatever else you want, or sacrfice all the time it seems. Whcih would you rather be: A Sith or a Jedi???????????

But do Sith have true fun?! Rather than a life of hunger, hatred and betrayal!?
