Ok Slade and I have worked something out with Lulu.com and published DofL. You can buy it in its second edition form right here

and I encourage everyone to mention it on their sites or message boards. Because Lulu didnt read it I was able to give people proper credit for their chapters right in the index of the book.

I've got to pay for marketing this thing, and I'm already working on having review copies sent out to some influential people. Once I actually start making a profit from it though I'll split up the royalties as I've detailed previously. For now though I'm just glad this thing has come as far as it has. If you know anyone who is influential or famous try to talk them in to accepting a free review copy.

If the book sells enough I intend to purchase a marketing plan with lulu so it will be available on Amazon and other book stores. If you wanbt more info or a big fake review check out Jelly Pufflemur.

I've seen precisely zilch from it so far, but it has actually been published and you can get a copy from the link in my signature. It's a good thing to have around but I don't think it'll ever be a source of profit.

Yeah, please do. I went to a lot of trouble to make it look nice for printing, and you can say you know contributing authors to a published novel (if you wrote for it and don't have it, just WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!

).

JM also gets roughly 8 cents for every copy.
