Yes, indeed. But its still all worthless jank in the long term, really. I mean, however large his readership is, I doubt Yahtzee's take on the Sarlacc is ultimately enriching the great flow of information that is the internet.

Anyway, I've diverted from my original point. I just wanted to encourage Yahtzee to stop acting like a smacked arse and lighten up a little.

Lighten up? I can't lighten up. I haven't lightened up in three years, that's my entire shtick. Way I see it, it's my unspoken job to point out when people are acting like idiots. My point is, I made one stupid joke ridiculing Magicman's nothing post and there it should have ended. Magicman slinks back stung with shame and a good time is had by all. What frustrated me was how everyone just latched onto the biscuit thing and wasted three pages of the world's time meandering around it, beating a half-decent jab into the ground until it's just not funny anymore, either because (1) they were trying to impress everyone or (2) they had nothing better to do, neither of which are a good enough excuse for fooling about on what is supposed to be a discussion forum.

Magicman, you are the only one who has the power to steer this craptastic thread back on track. Tell us some more about this game of yours.

Personally, I agree with everything Stalky says. I might bitch and sneer at people on this forum, but it is, I would hope, generally accepted as the joke it is intended to be (most of the time). Plus it's not my damn forum, and I'm just another member amongst many. When the webmaster starts getting all elitist on his high horse and telling everyone that they suck without a trace of good humour, that's the point where I'd generally be trying to incite the masses to rebellion. It's agreed that most here are are not as good at writing humorous articles as you, and that the majority of threads here are boring and pointless, but you're no better or worse than anyone else here.
