But there was no dragon to be found, for the last of the dragons were slain almost 800 years ago, and floppygoyle went on his merry way, making jelly out of pedestrians.

Dragon eggs can last indefinitely - so even of all the adult dragons are destroyed, hatchlings can arise and prosper. So, given 800 years to grow, they could be damned scary by now.

Hey yeah, actually, some shady guy in a back alley traded me this dragon egg for some magic beans. I think I got the better end of the deal, really, because it made a very nice omelette.

We all know there is only one way to kill a gargoyle. Smash it's head with a gargantuan mallet, or drive it into a stupor via mental torment. Any telepaths around?

I will make my rebuttal to Chyld's statement in the most Chyldish way possible:

My forum has more posts than yours lalala!

That said I'd love to do some testimonials in my signature.

Ooh, you're not going to get away with that one, Mr Hoffman! Just you wait! Once I actually put something worth looking at on my site, I'll get you!

Either that, or I can make a thread each time I update... ZING! biggrin.gif
