SWIU VERSION OF
REVENGE OF THE JEDI

Han didn't survive the carbonite. His last words, were 'I know'. That was his character... I wouldn't have him die any other way.

* * *

Lando fell in the Sarlaac Pit, suffering an unfortunate death, while in the process of redeeming himself.

* * *

Luke and Leia ended up falling in love. Though, with much pain. Leia was still haunted by her short-lived love with Han.

* * *

The Wookies helped the Rebel Alliance on Endor. They fought with high-tech weapons.

* * *

Luke found his sister, Leena, helping in the fight against the Empire. She lived on a human colony on Endor. It was she, along with Chewy and Ackbar, that destroyed the Death Star.

* * *

Yoda did not die until years later. He even helped train the children of Luke and Leia in the ways of the Force.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All people dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their mind wake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous people, for they may act their dream with open eyes and make it possible.

Very interesting. I wouldn't have had the sarlaac pit or the second death star in my re-write. And I would have had Han stay alive... but you've covered the most important aspect...

introducing a new character for the "other" who was strong in the force.

Very cool. Makes me yearn for the movie we missed out on.

I'll back that up.
Its a cool synopsis, and has the potential for a very intereting full-size story.

It will be a cold day in hell before I write this story on my own. And it will be an even colder day when I make it a script. If I do maked it a story, I'm going to need mass amounts of help and the such.

Don't know why I didn't see this before, but I see it now. I love your changes, but a few nitpicks:

Luke finding his sister on Endor is too much of a coincidence for me to abide by. Obi should have told Luke where to find her, and either do it at the beginning of the movie, or the end.

I think Yoda should die in this, cause training Luke's kids just seems kinda hokey. I also think that his death shouldn't take so long to happen. It was like GL decided to let the Yoda thing starve to death instead of just shooting it.

Other than that, excellent.
