He does look a bit blue there...

And my above defense only applies if they used the same process to 'Emperor' him. If they used an entirely different process to make this one, then I spit on it.

Edited because a word or so mysteriously disappeared.

IMO, the whole idea of the emperor having his face suddenly disfigured because of some battle with Mace Windu is lame. When watching RotJ, I was under the impression that the Emperor's very skin was decaying simply through prolonged exposure to the dark side, which was kind of neat. Coming up with a cheesy new explanation for the Emperor's disfigurement is unnecessary.

I don't blame Palpatine for looking like that. I'm sure anybody's face would become disfigured or have a reaction like that when they see that Yoda, the circus clown, is about to attack them.

EDIT: I keep looking at that picture of Palpatine. It has to be a fake picture.

Even in the ROTS Trailer and Posters, the Emporer (Palpatine, Sidious, whatever) looks pretty different.

The Emperor suffers from a rare skin disease , you know.. the stuff Michael Jackson has.. what's it's name. That makes your face fall off. unsure.gif
I know that you believe you understood what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you read is not what I meant.

But what we don't know, is that the Emporer really got special skin pigment shot into his flesh.
