the Spinning Emperor with twirling lightsaber was ok, halfway through first viewing.
At least one question was answered; will we see the Emp wield a lightsaber? That's worth something.
The cannonball was hokey. But then, so was Luke's little curtsey after his harness flip on Dagobah in ESB.
I'll admit, it brought back seeing Vader glide down to Luke in the ESB duel and thinking
"What, he can FLY?"

Just saw a tv commercial for Ep 3 and in every scene there are a thousand things in the background.
Therefore, the Duels Must be "over the top" to maintain the audience's rapt attention.
At least one question was answered; will we see the Emp wield a lightsaber? That's worth something.

I had a different idea of how the Emporer would lightsaber fight. From what I have seen from the scattered clips in the previews, it is just too sensational to be like the OT. I hate it.
