Anyone see the Jackass episode where Steve-O? got his asscheeks pierced together? Ouch...

LTTS: Suprisingly, the nose only really hurt in the second when the actual pointy piercing doodah went in. After that, it was a slight ache for a bit, and now it only hurts on the (many, many) occasions where I forget its there and bash my nose with my hand...

Is it a big pointy, piercing doodah? Like the kind of needles they use when you donate blood? Hehe, but I wasn't talking about a nose piercing. I'm scared of something much more tame - ear piercings. tongue.gif

Personally, I don't think it's worth the effort. Plus, I too have no tolerence for pain.

Well, I've no idea about ear piercings, but nobody I know seems to share in my having to clean it twice a freaking day, so I assume ear piercings are simple little things. However, I'm an idiot, so I could be wrong. Plus, I've never given blood, so I can't compare, but it is a big long pointy needle, yes.

Giving blood is more of this sharp quick stick, followed by a dull pain that goes away after a minute or so.

Well then, its about the same, only the lasting pain lasts a bit longer. Due to a lump of metal being there, I suppose.

Why'd you even bother if it's so much trouble? All you do is bitch about the damn thing.

Slade has hit the nail on the head. I'll only bitch about the damned thing until I can wipe my face without going "AAARGH JESUS FUCKING CHRIST... whoops, done it again."

Cool is relative. I'm wearing a bitchin' Beatles T-Shirt and my fedora today. I'm the coolest dork I know. I'm in the "so cool, you don't even know I'm cool!" category.

Ear piercings are actually one of the most painful piercings you can get. Which is why I hate parents who take their two-year-old daughters to get theirs done. An ex-girlfriend of mine had a ton of stuff done, but never got her ears done for some reason. The day she decided to get her ears done, she was actually tearing up when they were piercing them.

huh.gif Ive been reading... and swallowing a spoon dont sound to apatising, but as far as tattoos and piercings go, its their body, let them do what they want. I think their fun and cool. also addicting.. i myself have a nose and tounge done, and im looking at doing my lip.. not shur yet tho..
oh, and hec.. the ears are one of the easiest to do. and they only sting for a min. pinch.gif like shur.. when they get that gun out.. but after its done.. its not that bad. And tattoos, are okay as long as their not overly huge and full of orange and black mixed witha lil green. As i said i have been looking into getting my lip done.. but im not shur of it yet.. if theres any advice.. that wud be nice. o.o
 But hey thats only my opinion. o.O wink.gif

The problem with tattoos is that as you gain and lose weight, the tattoo expands and contracts. Plus you look at yourself 40 years later and say "Why the fuck did I want this thing again?"

Hence why I'm losing a fuckload of weight before I get inked. That, and making sure I'm 100 miles away from home.
