Okay, I used Nero BackItUp in the past to back up my computer. It is decent but not great. I want to know what (if anything) everyone else uses.

I want a program that will let me select a group of folders/drives and also control what file types to back up. I also want the option to backup only files modified or created after a certain date.

Anyone have any recommendations?

This is something that I've been thinking on as of late too. God...if my system crashed without a backup...DOOM.

I still just manually backup to dvd's but once I get my new server and raid array I'll start trying backup software again. If you want try http://www.freebyte.com/fbbackup/ and let me know if its any good. It at least seems to do everything you mentioned.
