My friend once had a program that you could type in a bunch of words, select from like 30 different voices, and then it would speak whatever you typed. I believe it was the software used for the voice in All Your Base. Anyone know about this?

Naw it wasnt for phone, it was just a program that would say whatever you typed into it and I'm sure it wasnt shit talker. It was cool stuff though, if I could remember the name I'd reccomend it.

I use one called SayzMe that works well. Not that many voices to choose from, but you can augment them a bit with some built-in effects.

I downloaded and fiddled with Shit-Talker. It IS the one that was used for "The Terrible Secret Of Space", and possibly "Invasion of the Gabber Robots" as well. You can type things into the voice selection window and it will repeat them back to you. Also, it has a random insult generator that is the most hilarious thing that I have ever seen in my life.
