Loved the story structure - They took their time and would use the entire week to tell a story.
Loved the topics - Very adult - Death, racism, politics, etc.
They did kind of do a cop out for the last episode and then left it on a cliff hanger, but everything up untill then was pretty cool.

Not me...
Anyway, I just saw some cartoon Mad Jack the Pirate. I only saw a few minutes and then it was over, but it was rather funny. Anyone knows about Mad Jack?

I used to watch He-Man and She-Ra religiously when I was little. I’m sure those cartoons blow unforgivably, but at the time I thought they were awesome.

And to think if it hadn't been for Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian character we would never have had He-Man & She-Ra... I'm sure you've all heard the story about how the He-Man & The Masters of the Universe line was originally meant to be a Conan toyline based off the Arnold Schwarzenegger film Conan the Barbarian (1982) but then Mattel decided that Conan was too violent for the kiddies so they reworked the whole thing into being He-Man (I wonder if Thundarr the Barbarian, who was about two years before He-Man, was an additional influence...)
Speaking of He-Man, did anyone catch the 2002 He-Man series by Mike Young Productions?
Have we covered the TV series Gargoyles?

Three years seems to be the most you can get out of an animated series that isn't The Simpsons - which will unfortunately still be in production long after we're all dead.
