I finished Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones a week or two ago. Meh...the improvements in gameplay (ie. choosing the units you can promote your units too) were offset by the lower number of missions, the lack of secret missions and the severely rehashed storyline.

A game called "Restricted Area", some kind of action RPG for the PC.

It's a not-so-bad Diablo/Fallout hybrid.

That's not a link Jariten, that's a cunningly underlined title mascarading as a link.

Bad Jariten!

The one and only!

And it's not that bad... ok, so maybe a few more patches would have removed the slowdowns and the impossible-to-complete-missions... and, as Yoda would put it, "Originality, it does not have".
Still, it's a solid game if you're into the genre.

...

Oh, and also finished recently a really good graphic adventure game, "Still Life". And yes, also found some reviews criticizing it. dry.gif

Currently finishing up Mercenaries, which I'm a bit disappointed with because there's no "abscond over the Chinese border with your $10 mil in cash" option. I mean, these *are* mercenaries we're talking about.

Still, lotsa neat 'splosions, so I like it.

Yay for neat explosions!

Plus I might get Killer7. The premise looks too good to pass up, but the gameplay will need to be tested.

It's been out for a while... I heard it was absolutely terrible, though.

I still own my oldie dreamcast. Never got around to sell it... just a couple of months ago finally got around to end Resident Evil: Code Veronica... pretty cool.

And do you, by any chance, have Grandia (rpg-ish game)? Mine always got stuck in the first fight, if I recall it correctely... ermm.gif
