Defensive, like increase defense or passive, like increase running speed (Not sure about this one).

But aren't defensive spells used to boost your offensive capability? (via survivabiliy), It pretty rare for someone in NWN to say 'hell, I'll just stand here and cast protection spells until the dragon gets bored and goes home'......

I'm sure there's a way to use the identify spell in offence, I just haven't worked it out yet.

Bugger, I can't belive I missed that! Goddammit, now I have to make the character again!

Though technically gnomes have puma allies, but the panther will have to substitute.

You could just wait until you level up and switch familiars then.

Thats the plan. I'm more annoyed at myself, especially seeing as I spent about half an hour trying to work out which familiar to use, and couldn't come up with a good reason for any of them.

I would be playing "Yoshi's Story", sequel to the amazing "Yoshi's Island", but as it turns out, the game is crap. There aren't any amazing levels like in Island, and the game pace is way too slow. It's also too easy. That makes me sad.gif

I started playing Live a Live again (an old SNES game, get the rom). I now remember why it has a permenet home on my hard drive, it's that friggen awsome.

First there is Cube's (the robot) story. This is the only time I ever felt so much suspence and horror in a game... ever. Then there is Roshi's story (monk), his acctualy feels like you are actualy in an old chinese movie, same goes for Sunset's (cowboy).

It is so damned awsome awsome I can't even explain it. Find it at a "pawn shop" today.

*and by 'pawn shop' I mean www.qualityroms.com

I just found it on my harddrive, I'll go check it out. Here's hoping it isn't in japanese.

Edit: Yep, it's in japanese. Oh well, I'll get around to getting an english version later.

There's a site I frequent, but for some reason I can never remember the name of it if I stop visiting it for more than two weeks. And it could be against the rules of this forum...

What I did probably is, but I'd rather direct you tword that illigal site then have you wade throught the virus infested pit of the other rom sites.

Besides, that's why I didn't blue link it, and why I did the 'quote-wink-saynomore' to pawn shop.

I stand by my deccision, damn the concequences..

Thanks for that link, Kirbs. I really needed a more secure place to get my roms from. You've saved me from the virus filled pits of the internet.

MGS Twin Snakes

(PC)

Alien Versus Predator

Plus a Rush album that EB had.
