What are you playing?

What clan are you playing with, Floppy? The warehouse can be a pain, especially with a socially built character. I started playing it with a Malkavian this weekend. She had to open the door, use visions of death, then quickly shut it again whilst she waited for the cooldown on the spell to run out. Needless to say, it was a long fight.
The Green Knight, SimeSublime the Puffinesque, liker of chips and hunter of gnomes.

I took the test, and I got a Gangrel. I didn't know squat about all the clan's abilities, but I realized pretty quickly that Fortitude was the only skill worth building up. I'm going to invest my points in combat skills and such.
Erm, the warehouse is fairly easy if you have Fortitude, once you realize how to play it. I just snuck around the back way that you leave by, killing everyone along the way. I only had to fight about 6 at a time at the most. The werewolf things were a bitch, though. I managed to finish them with my boomstick fairly easily, however.
Just curious, was there any way to open the sarcophogus, or does that come later in the game? I know I eventually get a chance to open it, because of that fortune-teller girl, but I can't stop thiinking about what's inside.
I bet it's Caine or soemthing... (Don't tell me.)
Malkavian character next. Has anyone managed to sleep with Janette?

The box is at the end of the game, the very end. But it's worth it. Fortitude is awesome. I'd suggest building up melee, fortitude, lockpick and persuade.
As for sleeping with Janette, I usually convince them to live together(worth a lot more xp), so I've never done it. To sleep with her, you have to first give her the locket(losing 2xp), have a few points of seduction(wasting more xp)and then side with her in the fight(losing more xp). As such, the only real reason to do it is to see what happens, and I'm not so sad that I'd spend a few hours playing the game just to see a sex scene which probably is only hinted at.
Incidentally, those 'werewolf' things were other gangrel using protean. I have no idea how you killed them with the shotgun. I find firearms incredibly underpowered in that game. Incidentally, Protean should be an awesome power, but claws attack too slowly, so you're better off with a sword or axe.
Malkavian's are fun in their insanity, but they suck at combat. Infact, Brujah, Gangrel and Toreador are the only races I think are worth playing.

Indigo Prophecy (I'll have to buy Fahrenheit and do a dual review of the differences between the North American and European versions.)
The North American version sucks. Damn that David Cage for editting out all that crap! Last time I buy a controversial game in Canada!

They removed loads of violence and sex scenes in the NA version. Damn your over zealous anti-sex party. Walking up to someone and beating them to death a with a baseball bat ok, shooting 4 people and turning round and shooting somemore before stealing a car and running/shooting more people, ok, a girl takes her shirt off, holy shit! Its sueing time!!!!!!

Yeah, that's unfortunately how it goes here.
Currently playing the perfectly legally bought expansion pack to Doom III. I'm also dinking around with photoshop. If anyone wants to see what I've done, I figure I can open a screening room topic.
