Well, the drinking age is still 18, it's just the government over here hasn't realized it yet. They'll catch up once all of the soccer moms die.

21 is a good age to start drinking...

you shouldn't take up anything really untill your 22 or something...
any drug chemical you introduce into your system before it has completed the developement stage will create a biological dependence.
