Hey, which brings me to something an ewok says. There is a scene with two ewoks, while they're bowing to C3P0 I think. I swear one of them says "Martin Short". Haha I dont know what thats about.

An EU expert it seems. With some interesting trivia no less.

"- #36 It is of course a loaded die, Watto's trying to cheat. That is why it is not a coin."

Very plausible, but it's not explained to the audience.

I got the impression from wathcing TPM that watto was trying to cheat as well. Something about his expression...

The original Thrawn trilogy was excellent, intelligent and interesting, so thankfully GL will never be able to make a movie of it.

Talking about R5 getting his own story... That's why I stopped reading all the EU stuff because every single fucking incidental character started getting his own story (third jawa from the right, droid that you only see for 2 seconds in the film). What was worse was that they somehow were present or had a brush with people and/or events that took place in the films. How big is this universe supposed to be?

The die was loaded. It's the kind of thing that's true, but isn't said out loud. Not that you really could find a place to say it. "Hey, Jedi, want to bet on the outcome of this loa- I mean, colourful, die?" Of course, in Episode I, they may have done that.
