The only thing that springs to mind when I hear "Orgasmatron" is the song by Motorhead. And I think that was about a tyrranic pillaging dictator. So I don't know, maybe he was thinking someone was going to conquer the world?

Its either that, or the best vibrator in the Universe...

Well, I looked at the original list, and I urge you all to look at it, because words can't begin to describe how batshit barmy it actually is. This is bloody British Telecom's research team, yet it reads like a conspiracy theory page hosted on Geocities. Its madness.

Girdag's right, I remember the Daily Mail did an article on it. Not that I read it.

Wasn't there some sort of head massager thing called an Orgasmatron being marketed a while back? I imagine it could only be a disappointment after a name like that.

Oh, and Red Dwarf is the finest thing to emerge out of the 80s with the possible exception of Tainted Love and myself.

Was there? I'm not a big Woody Allan man, so I wouldn't know. I still says Motorhead.

Howdy do, and welcome, incidently.

He said, muffling the words "CAPS LOCK, PUH-LEASE!"

The term orgasmatron just reminds me of that shiatsu massager from Black Books. The cyborg prostitue robot from the future one.

And hi, by the way.

Weren't the Anti-Nowhere League a punk band? And didn't they put out a really shitty new wave record near the end of their disastrous career?

Anywho, while the 80s had their moments, there is much to fear about them. Big hair, spandex, leg warmers, "Dirty Dancing"...
