Well that just brightened my day! (reading the words "final prequel.")

His "pure evil" will cause the change. I don't think it really needs to be explained. It's like the whole Jango Fett character. Not only was Jango not needed for the role, his role in general was not really needed. Whocares who the original DNA donor was, it really did not play a part in the grand scheme of things.

Palpatine is alot older in the OT and he probably never leaves his spaceship. Maybe that is why.....kinda lame reason tongue.gif

"Subject to Change"

personally at this point I'm not presuming anything. Who knows? Maybe now in empire, dozens of stormtroopers will remove their helmets in front of Boba and cause him to have a "life changing" experience whereupon he fires upon vader, jabba, or himself? then again, his failure to kill obi-wan and anikan outside deathstick dive explains how the stormtroopers would later display lousy aim at the death star and ewok skirmishes.

"Look at these blast points. only imperial stormtroopers are so precise" I still get a kick out of that line biggrin.gif

ps, if Boba did have it out for the skywalker family, why DIDN'T he try to kill Vader?

Well, at least we can give the devil his due there.

While the whole world might know that Luke Skywalker is Anikin Skywalker's son, I'll allow it's probably not common knowledge that Anikin is Darth Vader.

God, even typing that sentence was boring and depressing. Is it really going to be a year before I can buy the Special Edition DVD of RETURN OF THE KING?
"I had a lot of different ideas. At one point, Luke, Leia and Ben were all going to be little people, and we did screen tests to see if we could do that." -George Lucas, in STAR WARS: the Annotated Screenplays (p197).
