Right, in the dawn of the Tech Depot, someone did a nifty thread on what programs people used, and I'd really like to do it again. So nyah...

Browser: Mozilla Firefox (I'd use Opera, but I don't like how it handles Favourites)
E-mail: Humble webmail
Music: Media Player
Image Editing: Serif PhotoPlus, with some work (assembling comics frames, saving things) in Paint
RSS: I can't get Feedreader to work, and I see no point in running it from Firefox when I can just go visit the appropriate pages.
Web Editing: Notepad (I am teh hardcore)
DVDs: The bundled software, WinDVD 4
IM: MSN Messanger, although its being very dicky these days
Other: Word, on the rare occasion I have to actually write essays and stuff.
Protection: Norton Antivirus (what's odd is that the University gave us a free copy upon arrival, but doesn't let us update it. Not good...) and SpyBot S&D.

Browser: Firefox (I got a virus that affected IE and ONLY IE and eventually wiped my hard drive. So FUCK IE.)
E-mail: As far as software, I use Outlook Express a little, but most of my emailing is done with Gmail and the increasingly obsolete Hotmail.)
Music: Winamp (I like how it does playlists, and it's window is nice and compact compared to WMP.
Image Editing: MS Paint and MGI Photosuite (They both suck. I need Photoshop.)
RSS: (guh?)
Web Editing: Notepad (Also teh hardcore. But I need a refresher course on HTML)
DVD: n/a (No DVD drive ;_;)
IM: AIM and MSN (Yahoo can burn)
Other: RPG Maker 2000, MS Word
I finally got a sig!

Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....
....We'd be lying though.
