Let me be the first to wish Yahtzee the best of luck with his MRI results. I hope you don't have one of those evil earwigs like in The Wrath of Khan.

My cousin had an MRI a few years back and he was always complaining about how loud and obnoxious the machine is. I don't know if I could deal with having an MRI. I'm far to claustrophobic to be in a tube for that long. Just thinking about it creeps me out even more than that episode of Monk I saw last night where he was burried alive.

Yeah, I had to get it 'cos I've had a bit of hearing loss in my right ear, and some ringing in there as well. I had all the wax pulled out and the problem remained, and the eardrum didn't seem damaged, so they figured there was something pressing on the acoustic nerve in the inner ear, and I had to get it looked at in case it was a tumour.

I'll probably have the results soon, but I'm told on the grapevine that it seems to be a benign structure, so that's OK.
As I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, I realised that it could do with a lick of paint.

I wonder what could be in there? Hey! It could be a whole new Discussion:
What outrageous things will be found in Yahtzee’s head!

Oh yeah… best of luck with the results! Hope it’s not some weird alien colony which is breeding in your head which will then take control of your body thus being able to infect other people which will turn into a world wide epidemic andthenallhellwillbreakloseandthewholeworldstartsthrowingnukesatothercountriesin

Is that what it takes to get all the wax out of your ears these days?

Just Kidding, mate. God bless you, Yahtzee. I hope everything turns out ok.

I had a CAT scan last year. that warm fluid spilling through the brain- ahhhhhh.

two weeks later Paul Harvey quoted that CAT scans increase the risk of cancer by three percent. oh well.

sincerely; hope you're ok.

maybe it will be like that episode of duckman, and the radiation from the machine will enlarge and mutate a cyst that turns out to be the cure for cancer and everyone starts going after you trying to cut your head off...

or maybe it'll be much nicer...

either way, scan and post the results.
