Ya, I guess it is a slight contradiction. Ok, scrap the immigration rule. But have heavy screening processes. No more deadly insects in North America.

A more vigrous screening process would help fight global diseaeses AND transportation of dangerous insects/animals.

Hey you can have sex, just not make babies.

I'll fine tune my enviro plan and get back to you guys. Just be aware that it's coming!

i agree with jordans principals... i give it the go ahead.

except rule 10.

(not that i disagree with what was said)
for you see...

people are leaving their native countires. why? because something is wrong with thier country... therefore their countries need to be fixed.

however... some people just want to come because they like the place. i'm cool with that but a new system has to be in place. for every person that moves to america/australia/england etc. to balance things out...
a person from the country of destination has to move to their country.

there's many benifites involved, but i can't be bothered typing them all.
but just think of the global diversity it will create. there's over 60 countries in the world, and only 4 of them are what you would call multicultural as such.
imagine if every time some family left india or china or whatever, some little white family from Goublurn NSW or Croydon England or Gillette, Wyoming, suddenly pop up in some laosian village or something.

just an interesting idea.

Proposed Changes

[terminated]
10) No more immigration. People must learn to live in their own lands from now on. Stop moving about, this causes transportation of disease and harmful animals, namely insects, that come and destroy the native growth. Heal your land and learn to adapt with minimalist idealogy.

Forcing people to live in their lands may help spark the habit to keep a 'tidy' house. However, due to possible racist undertones, and potential for facisit rulers to entrap citizens, the following changes have been made

[Activated]
10) Immigration must be heavlily monitered at all times to defer the transpostation of unwanted guests (fruits, insects)

[Terminated]
4) Stop breeding. No kids for 10 years. (China is not allowed to breed for the next 50.)

This may cause relation problems in married couples, and also interfere with the over all harmony of society. Adoption may start booming as a result, but the good out weighs the bad. The following changes have been made

[Activated]
4) Allow a baby lottery for married couples. Married couples in their late 20's to mid-late thirties are eligble. Each couple with in the sabatical decade can apply for the right to have a child. The lottery will be held once a year, for 10 years. Past winners are not eligble for a second time. Couples, who have not won prior, are able to apply every year till they win.

The above is pending and waiting the AOK from SubCorBer.

( After we've finished our governement, I think it will be fun to go back and review what we have, compile it all in one post. Also, the other members of CHEFelf.com can have a vote, for who they want in charge.)

We don't even have a government yet, just people yelling about what they want...

But it's still interesting.

I call for a motion about a government funded political organisation, headed by me called for security reasons: "Night Hawk". Basically, you give me some guns, some soldiers, a lience to kill, unlimited ammo, a big salary, and the country will be forever under your control.

Who needs a government when you can just have an army, like Castro? Speaking of Castro, why not overthrow him? The country would be a cinch to run; just encourage tourism, and you'd be rich in no time flat.

I will spill my blood in defense of the revolucion in Cuba and its honorable leader his excellency Fidel Castro.

You have no understanding of international geopolitics, world history, the idea of nationalism, or basic human nature. You could very easily be an advisor to the Bush administration...

Washington DC is built in a swamp. Cuba is an island paradise. Which would you rather be ruler of?

Sorry, I gave up hope on humanity actually ruling itself without griding the entire world to dust years ago. No one here can seem to agree on anything, all we end up doing is bickering, I think I might have to formally retire from the topic. ChefElfia isn't so bad...
