I'll tell you what works for me irrespective whether I am on LSD or have to stay at work for, let's say, more than twelve hours (amounts to the same thing, I suppose). I listen to "Black Sun" from Dead Can Dance album "Aion". Try it. Works wonder. If you need to be any lower than you already are, I highly recommend it.
