I want to go back to the films of the 80's, where plots were simple, and explosions happened regularly....

QUOTE (Kirby @ Jul 27 2005, 06:25 AM)
But you won't be able to recognise me walking down the street, thats just how I look while I'm relaxing at home. I look totaly differant outside anyways, never without my hat, sunglasses and (sometimes) cane.

I want a cane. That would be cool.

I use my old-school umbrella as a cane when it's not raining but might soon. It's Mary-Poppinsish. Black, curved wood handle, also can be used like a sword.

I can't use umbrellas without feeling silly--canes too, for that matter. But I do enjoy a good game of "umbrella chicken", where you extend your umbrella all up in your opponent's grill to see if he'll squirm. I always lose. I flinch even when mosquitos fly too close.

Heeeyyy, I'm no baby. I'm...I'm...well, almost 18.

I have a tri-cornered hat...made out of the style section. A girl that I used to have a crush on made it four years ago and I kept it because I'm creepy.

Slade: I've always had small frames so I never really had to get used to them (I hope thats what you're talking about).

Bugger... another person who looks nothing like their Avatar, Kirbs.
Meanwhile my privacy nut remains strong! There is only one place in the web where a picture of me exists, and it got there without my knowledge or permission... stupid snap-happy buggers.

We'll just assume you look like a short haired Faramir, since your bro looks like a short haired Boromir.

Edit: "Damn you, Scuba Steve!" I'm sorry, but I'm going to hear that every time I see you on the forums. "Pimp the glasses"? I couldn't pimp a white Cadellac with purple plush seats. But, thanks, I guess? I have contacts too, but I always need to fight with my left eye to get thecontact in, so I only wear them when I go out. Glasses are much easier otherwise.

Yes, well, I guess that's my fault for choosing such a silly name. My contacts give me hella trouble. I can barely blink without crying--I have to take out my contacts whenever I'm on stage so my eyes don't start spazzing out during performances.

I tried contacts for a few weeks when I was thirteen, but it never worked out for me. A mix of me being squeamish about sticking something onto my eyeballs, eye allergies, an obsessive compulsion to rub my eyes, I would fall asleep in class while wearing them, and the fact that they itched like hell overall kind of put me off.

So it's large-lensed glasses for me all the way until I can get my lasic surgery!

I think that picture in your profile looks plenty cute, I don’t know what that puberty stuff was all about.

You're insane. Glasses rule. When I had to get some, everyone was hella jealous and bemoaned their perfect vision. I even have a friend who has those stupid accessory poser glasses with plain lenses in them. Everyone looks cool in glasses. You just have to get hold of some cute frames.

Correction, most people look good in glasses. My best friend looks bad in glasses, but he's too proud of the fact that his glasses are expensive (Some guy with a name like George Armand or something brand.)

Yeah, they are cool...

Unless your so blind you're completely helpless without them. Without my glasses, I can't see anything clearly unless it's about five and a half inches from my face.

At that point, they become a bit of a pain in the ass.
