I've been playing "Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance" a lot lately at my friend's house. Good, gory fun. However, it doesn't have the same feel as the originals did.

I'm not playing any games at the moment. I got bored of the Mario RPG (ROM). I do have a mean craving to go buy a PS2 and start collecting all the FF games.

I beat FF 6 (one with Kefka) and I played FF7 and FF8 and FFX, but never had the chance to beat them!!! Everytime I got close I had to give the PS2 back to my friend. sad.gif

I really hate that, I worked so hard in those games too, and very seldomly went to the Walkthroughs for help.

I'm really thinking about getting a PS2. I played the xbox and don't see any difference compared with the PS2.

When I do buy a PS2, I m gonna paste the price tag to the side of the machine.
That way when my pals come over they can have flash backs to when they bought the same system for $900 dollars....saps.

It's okay. The 3rd person thing isn't quite doing it for me. I would much prefer a first person style version.

I know what you mean, games in first person are great, maybe that would have made this a better experience for me, oh well I will pick up Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes tomorrow and give my first impressions tomorrow night sometime.

I remember GOLDEN EYE very well. I also recall a rule of thumb: No one can choose ODD JOB.

Playing Virtua Cop 2 and a lot of old DOS abandonware games that I found. I also am playing Hentai games to see what they're really like, and they're as bad as I thought....
