Well, I have writer's block on another project I'm working on, so to pass the time (and hopefully get the creative juices flowing) I decided to try my hand at this photoshop story thing. Mind you, I'm nowhere near as skilled as Barend or JYAMG, but I thought I'd share just the same. Hope you like it. smile.gif

That was great stuff, Rabbit. I love how you pointed out Lucas' tendancy to tell us things instead of showing us them with the emperor Palpatine thing. I made the same comparison in another article which was basically juxtaposing the OT (where we are shown things) with how the scene would be handled now (where we are told things). I'll post in it so you can check it out, its actually a pretty good thing.

Nice job. I fixed the width problem. Just make sure to post each image on an individual line with a space between as such:

CODE
[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5619.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5620.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5621.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5622.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5629.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5623.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5624.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5625.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5626.jpg[/img]

[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5627.jpg[/img]

If each image is on its own line it will lay them out vertically. If you put all the code together like this:

CODE
[img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5619.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5620.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5621.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5622.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5629.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5623.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5624.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5625.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5626.jpg[/img][img]http://www.mytempdir.com/20122004/5627.jpg[/img]

Then it will lay it out horizontally.

Also, moving to "The Screening Room" Forum. smile.gif

Well, Mad Rabbit. It looks like you've managed to keep me around here for a little while longer. Good stuff, mate. thumbsup.gif And again, don't sell yourself short.

Also, since you're a new member and you missed out on these, I highly recommend taking a trip to the second page of the Screening Room and digging up my old Star Wars outings. I'm sure you'd enjoy them.

Or if you'd like, here's the whole collection archived...

Star Wars - The Movie Goer Editions.

Unfortunately, Attack of the Phantom Menace has somehow become completely lost but the rest of them work fine.

Nice to see more new creative work going up. Makes me wish I had talent. Your skill puts me to shame. Good job!

The sandpeople had women and children. We know this because Anakin killed them how could he tell? The children might be smaller but I never saw a sandperson with breasts. Did they hike their skirts and show him some leg or something?

Also, I can see the point of wanting to kidnap a human and use her as a slave, but they didn't. They tied her to a flimsy easel for a month. It's assumed they had to feed and give her water. What for? Was she purely ornamental? I can understand them wanting the droids, you can sell those for a lot of money, but a chick who's only skills are finding non-existand mushrooms and getting randomly pregnant, you're not going to get much.

I feel horrible, this is the second post that Chefelf needed to edit, because I'm a complete numbskull when it comes to posting pictures! Anyway I apologize for the inconvenience! I'm so glad that you seem to like the outing so far. Here's part 2:

Thanks again for the wonderful response, hope I don't bore you to death with this!

And JYAMG, I did check out your shameless plug. Excellent stuff my friend!

Why, thank you. cool.gif And may I just say Part 2 of this little outing of yours is brilliant? Now if Episode III were like this and played for laughs, I think I would definitely go and see it. Great holiday fun. thumbsup.gif

GARGH ITS THAT CURSED EAR PONY TAIL!!! Screw Jar Jar Binks it's THAT thing from which all the evil in the PT flows.

Sorry, seeing the damned thing just sends me into a berzerker rage. Great gag with the helmet and the levitating rocks, very good work and cool holiday colors too. What's not to love?
