I downloaded the tracks from www.mp3.com (downloaded one, streamed the other three). The riffing is pretty neat indeed, but the recording itself is kinda wacko.gif (imbalanced, mainly). Where did you have it mixed and mastered?

i didn't...

i'm working on that next. They're just the raw recordings really, because i was trying to line up a drummer to do some fills, but in the end decided to leave it for now. I'm still going to work on the tracks but 'Pride War' and 'Xemu Lives' are the only proper tracks on mp3.com

'flagbearer' sucks, and 'soul drain' was a joke about World of Warcraft.

the triple J site has better songs, but the streaming sounds awful...
(I had a quick listen last night), they sound far more professional in the studio i can assure you.

but like i said there's some work that needs to be done that i am going to do, and i can send you something on a cd if you like.

there's also a tribute to Carnivore that Cannibalingus is on.

Whoa yeah, Type O's Pete Steele, the 80s were the days... smile.gif

I grabbed the Triple J's tracks meanwhile, I agree, they're really better in most respects, would like to hear them when you are done with them on the whole. By the way, I don't know if you are familiar with audio editing software, but friends of mine are recording their CD with a program called Cubase at the moment and it sounds KILLER! You can simulate about a bizillion tracks, cut, gate out, master - everything you get in a professional studio as well. The only thing is of course that you really have to take some time (some really long time) to get along with all the functions, but if you tend to record some more albums/demos/whatsoever, this could really pay off...

varyssa, i've mised down the parts to all the cannibalingus songs and i've got someone from another band to come over sometime soon to oversea production to make sure i make all the levels right. i need a third and forth ear to get the best out of whats recorded. also, I've added reverb to the drums to make them less cold.

its already sounding ten times better.

plus on the myspace, there's an old bathory cover i did ages ago. i want to rercord the guitars but i can't locate the disc with the original files.
