I just saw Saved! with McCauley Culkin (sp?) and loved it. Such a far cry from the cheezy and pointlessly fun movies I grew up with in the 80's -- Pretty in Pink, St. Elmo's Fire, Nerds.
This movie actually talks about a relevant topic, pokes fun, and thinks intelligently about how teenagers percieve their lives. Great casting too. And a well written script.
I liked the bad, 80s flics, but this movie was such a step above.
