Chefelf,
following the forum crash I understand that it is not yet the fully operating version, right?
Because my avatar is still funny.

And will the "remember me" feature during login be kept? I would prefer not to log in autmatically when I enter the site, and this seems to be what is being done by the forum right now.

MC,

What exactly is wrong with your avatar?

The "remember me" feature will be kept, but you don't have to use it. It shouldn't remember you if you don't select it.

The avatar I can see is the distorted Eowyn picture that I used before.
I will check tomorrow if other computer do it too, perhaps it is just a problem with my machine

I just discovered some other avatar problems. Even though all the other avatars are in the same exact directory they don't appear to be showing up. Very odd.

I'll look into it.

Well, I can't see the login option anywhere, either. This means, I am always logged in when I enter the site, and I would really prefer not to do it, as I use several various computers which are shared.

Could you please log me out so I can log in myself and switch off the "remember me" option?

If you ever want to "logout" without the logout feature, you can simply clear your browser's cookies.

In Internet Explorer:

Tools/Internet Options/Delete Cookies

Forgive my lack of knowelge, but why was the quote button replaced with a reply button? What's now the quote button just turns read and shows a minus sign when I press it. What is it supposed to do?

this is minor, but when I try to sign in on the main page, it says that the username does not exist, but I can sign in without a problem if I do so from within the forum. just thought it should be brought to your attention

Now we have the ability to quote multiple posts in our reply.

If you click on the "Quote" button it will glow red. That means when you hit "Add Reply" that that post will be quoted in your reply. You can add as many posts to quote as you'd like and they'll all be quoted accordingly.

Try clicking quote on a few posts and you'll see what I mean.
