I know this is REALLY short notice, but I'm taking the forums down for 20-30 minutes tomorrow morning. Assuming all goes well it will be no longer than that.

Also assuming all goes well everything will be cool upon using the new forums. The visual appearance shouldn't be changed (much) and the functionality shoudl be relatively the same.

This is stage one of the new version of Chefelf.com. If all goes well it should herald in a new age of buffoonery.

Expect the downtime from approximately 8:45 AM tomorrow until 9:15 AM. I plan on spending a good deal of the morning working on the site.

Okay, so the 20-30 minute downtime seems to have turned into a 20-30 hour downtime (23 hours, to be precise).

Everything is up and running (in a rather unattractive yet functional way) right now.

Cosmetic changes to reclaim the look the forum once had will be happening tomorrow morning. ChrisM is getting some needed rest after busting his hump to get the forums fixed.

I am getting some much needed rest after staying up until all hours annoying him.

Good night all. Let me know if there are any glitches/problems with the upgrade, etc. Avatars and such will be restored tomorrow.
