There's a concert tonight, Greenday is the main event. If all goes well I'll be going there, and then home for my birthday tomorrow. Anybody else nearby and planning on attending?

fuckin' A. My ears are still ringing. I was right down on the ground 15 feet away from the stage the whole time. Sugarcult and New Found Glory sucked ass, but Green Day made up for it by kicking a ton. Of course, my official seat was in the nosebleed section, but a little subterfuge and such procured a very nice spot.

Alas, mine really shouldn't have, but my birthday money from long distance relatives has mostly made up for it. And since I had to postpone going home because I got dumped with homework, I figured that I needed some treat for my birthday. And oh was it worth it. They put on one hell of a show, and the more I listen to American Idiot, the more appealing I find it. American Idiot and Holiday really had me shouting and angry... Kickass times...
