Problematic Forum Members A Word Of Warning

Myself and some other moderators have discussed this elsewhere, and it seems to be agreed that some of the forum members around here are just here to start arguments, cause trouble, etc. I'm going to spell this out as politely as I can by using a tired cliche:

If you don't have anything nice to say, keep it to yourself.

This isn't to say that you shouldn't debate. Sometimes debate is the most interesting form of discussion. However, the next time I check a topic and see a reply with nothing but the words "Bite me", or something else to that effect, there's going to be hell to pay. We do not have much tolerance for flaming around here, and there have been some posts as of late that could be teetering on the brink of breaching that rather low tolerance. You don't have to like every forum user, but there has to be a line drawn somewhere.

Can we flame ourselves? Like say, I wanted to say "Slade makes sweet sweet love to male llamas without protection. And he's a stupid smelly head." Would that cross the line?

It's directed to the entire forum at large. I've noticed some rather personal remarks being made lately, and it bothers me. Even the ones not directed at me. Everyone here should be of an age where we can just get along and keep things clean 'n' fun.
