There is a line drawn as to just how affectionately flattering you can be to a person without making that person's girlfriend go all narrow-eyed and peevey.

And I believe the masturbation references are due to the fact that he's been reading many articles from this site, uh, which I was about to link to, but seems to be down. Oh well, it was probably too hardcore for you people anyway.
