I'm intrigued...

There's quite a trend for crossover films emerging... I saw the trailer for Alien vs. Predator today when I went to see The Village, and I didn't know what to make of it. It looked spectacular, no doubt about that. But are these type of films a sign that originality is dead?

In this case, probably not. Im sure a lot of people out there would love to see Brucey back in the thick of it.

I belive AVP is a movie based off the games(and possibly books?)of the same nature, rather then a film in it's own right.
The Green Knight, SimeSublime the Puffinesque, liker of chips and hunter of gnomes.
JM's official press secretary, scientific advisor, diplomat and apparent antagonist?

Jason vs. Freddy vs. Ash? That's the rumor floating around this pile of clutter we call the internet.

My advice, don't hold your breath. Chances are, we'll be seeing Joanie Loves Chachi Loves Ash first.

In other words, nothing to report on our end.

that's from bruce campbell online.

It's probably also a bit of an off shoot from the Comics to Movies trend that kicked off the last couple of years. You see quite a lot of cross-overs in this medium, perhaps they are just leeching across.

There's talk about the Superman/Batman, why wouldn't we see the classics like Superman vs Spiderman or Batman vs Judge Dreed or my personal favourite Punisher Kills the Marvel Universe (no not a cross over as such, but it would be a hell of a lot of fun). biggrin.gif

They were also one of of the weakest Happy Days spinoffs. And that's saying a lot.

Superman/Spidey would be good. Unlikely to happen, but good.

How many Happy Day's spinoffs were there?
