Ok, now I'm just being rude. One quick ban coming up:

You're fine. But that Warrior of Madalore guy needs a reality check.... and a good solid kick up the ass.

Captain_Typho as well. It's as though they don't even understand the question. I want to know what happened in the movie, Jees, I'll watch it or read the screenplay. This Panakas_Dawg guy was trying to read between the lines, which is infinitely more interesting.

Add Darth Nemesis to the list with Warrior of Mandalore and Captain Typho.

What kind of argument is that?

Panakas_Dawg seems to be alright. I think his theory about Vader being the other was one of the most extremely far-fetched ideas I've ever heard... but he's obviously thinking and as you say, he's trying to read between the lines.

Maybe he should come over here so he can discuss his ideas with intelligent people.

The Ghost with the Most is a good guy. It was heartening to see that not all of the Force.Net's regular users are morons.

But I don't know how anyone could bother regularly posting on a forum if the majority of its users were the "Darth Nemeses", "Warriors of Madolore" and the "Captain Typhos" of the world. I really do hope these three twits comprise only a small minority of that forum's users.

The other posters are going out of their way not to even notice you. There is nothing to agree with in your comments- so they skip over and agree with the next poster.

You should PM njamilla and ask for assistance. He knows his STUFF when it comes to that. How many of the people arguing on that thread have written a book about swordfighting and its use in Star Wars? wink.gif

They'll try. They have, many times. It's so crazy when they try to run down people who are experts in their fields. Even screenwriters and filmmakers! tongue.gif

Guys, I think I changed my mind about talking about that old flame war that happened. I tried to type it down a few times, but some nagging feeling inside me told me not to do it, Sorry, but I just don't know. huh.gif

There are some people out there who just deny everything and leave it be without any explanation.

As for the Star Wars website. I'd have to say that I've never seen such behavior in my entire life. I don't think I want to be a part of THAT online community (and to think that I once was a Star Wars Fan!).

You're right, Paladin. We ought to keep it civil here. We have one gusher here and he's been a good guy, and I don't want to blast him or bash him or rip him.
