a ) Despite my love of all things Metal Gear, Konami has produced games with bigger ass-kickers than any MGS character. Remember the Ninja Turtles games?

b ) Sonic's speed is nothing when he's being magicked to death by a PSO character, or vapourized by the guy from Space Harrier.

c ) In case you haven't realized, Sonic games are Japanese. They have a tendency to make overly wacky and senseless games over there.

I think if they were to do a SB thingy though, I think it might end up more like the Capcom VS. SNK, or Capcom VS. Marvel or something. That'd be pretty nifty!

Also yea, they need to have more indepth stories for new Sonic titles. You don't even need the graphics as long as you have a good story! I'm sure writers can think of all sorts of things to do with the Sonic game (ie. like that older, serious Sonic cartoon that used to play on Saturdays). I'll like it just as long as they don't lean towards being a PETA or a Greenpeace kind of game.

Oh yeah I know what you mean, even though that TV show could have been better...based more on the games, mind. Anyway, I am going to have to say that just cause some punk with a glowy sword thing from Phantasy Star is shooting magic crap at Sonic doesn't mean he is just gonna get killed without doing anything about it. Hey, heres an idea, Sonic on a team with Solid Snake and Laharl from Disgaea. Yeah. They could beat the crap out of anyone.

let me put it this way. you know how ramza is usually better than your other characters. laharl, his efficient destruction prowess is a ratio of 500:1. the one being every strength your normal characters have.

Sawyer speaks the truth as few people ever have before. Laharl is massively more powerful than any one or even 4 of your other characters in the party. Essentially, he is all you need to win a battle, except maybe a character who can heal Laharl instead of having to waste his turn using a healing item.

I was just kidding about that Snake/ Sonic teamup thing. I just don't want anybody to be badmouthin' Sonic here. Other than Snake and Megaman, Sonic is the ultimate video game character. Except maybe Katz from Zero Wing. ha, thats a joke.

I know this may be a little off (or back on) topic but I played one of the Sonic 3D games on Dreamcast. I just remember it being profoundly difficult.
